Shine a flashlight or another light source through the muzzle end of the inner barrel.

If the light forms a ring-shaped pattern with a darkened center, similar to a solar eclipse effect, the barrel features the T-N.T. Eclipse structure.

【What Is the T-N.T. Eclipse Barrel?】
The T-N.T. Eclipse Barrel is a specialized design developed based on the T-N.T. S+ Dual Bore Air-Cushion Inner Barrel system, featuring an additional guiding structure at the barrel entrance. The primary purpose of this design is to help the BB enter the inner barrel closer to the center axis while maintaining better alignment with the nozzle.
At the same time, we also aimed to reduce the contact area between the lower surface of the BB and the inner barrel, minimizing unnecessary friction resistance and improving overall trajectory consistency and shooting stability.

【How Does the Eclipse Structure Work?】
In most standard inner barrels, the BB naturally sits closer to the lower side of the barrel during feeding. Once HOP pressure is applied, the BB receives upward force and friction simultaneously.
If the BB’s initial position is unstable, or if excessive lower-surface friction occurs, it may lead to issues such as:
• BB bouncing
• Unstable trajectory
• Left/right deviation
• Inconsistent HOP pressure distribution
• Reduced heavy BB stability
The T-N.T. Eclipse structure creates a special guiding effect near the barrel entrance, helping the BB re-center itself before fully entering the inner barrel.
This design allows the BB to contact the HOP rubber more evenly while reducing unnecessary friction on the lower surface. During development, we found that when the BB starts closer to the barrel center axis, both rotational consistency and long-range trajectory stability can improve significantly.

Because the BB remains closer to the center position while reducing lower-surface resistance, the T-N.T. Eclipse Barrel provides several advantages:

【Why Does the Eclipse Structure Reduce HOP Pressure Requirements?】
Because the T-N.T. Eclipse structure helps the BB contact the HOP pressure area more efficiently, stable backspin can still be achieved even under lower HOP pressure settings.
This means players do not need excessive HOP pressure to maintain stable flight performance.

The T-N.T. Eclipse Barrel is designed as a universal platform system. By selecting the appropriate T-N.T. HOP rubber for each platform, the barrel can be installed on most AEG, GBB, and VSR systems.
Since nozzle length and feed position vary between platforms, we still recommend using the correct T-N.T. HOP rubber configuration to achieve the best stability and trajectory performance.
