【T-N.T. Dual Bore Air-Cushion Inner Barrel Series】

The T-N.T. Dual Bore Air-Cushion Inner Barrel series is designed as a universal platform system. By selecting the appropriate T-N.T. HOP rubber for each platform, the barrel can be installed on AEG, GBB, and VSR platforms.

T-N.T. currently offers multiple barrel length options, and selected sizes are also available through custom cutting services to better suit different platform setups and shooting requirements.

【Standard Model|Dual Bore Air-Cushion Inner Barrel】
(Outer Diameter 8.5mm|Inner Diameter 6.03–6.35mm)

The Standard Air-Cushion Inner Barrel is one of T-N.T.’s signature patented barrel designs and is widely known among players as the “Air-Cushion Barrel.”

This design features dual inner bore sections within a single barrel body, including a larger bore area near the muzzle. This structure allows airflow to surround the BB more evenly, creating what we refer to as the “Air-Cushion Effect.”

During development, we found that when the airflow release after the BB exits the barrel becomes more stable, it can effectively reduce disturbance immediately after muzzle exit, further improving overall trajectory stability and shooting consistency.

Because the barrel is manufactured using a one-piece machining process, it also helps improve overall barrel coaxiality and reduce structural alignment errors.


【S+ Eclipse Dual Bore Air-Cushion Inner Barrel】
(Outer Diameter 8.5mm|Inner Diameter 6.03–6.35mm)

The S+ series is based on the standard Air-Cushion Inner Barrel design, with the addition of the T-N.T. Eclipse Design at the barrel entrance.

This design helps guide the BB toward the center axis before entering the barrel while maintaining better alignment with the nozzle.

Our goal with this design is to reduce lower-surface friction and feeding deviation, allowing the BB to enter the HOP pressure area in a more stable condition.

• Lower HOP pressure requirement

【H+ Heavy Dual Bore Air-Cushion Inner Barrel】
(Outer Diameter 9.95mm|Inner Diameter 6.03–6.35mm)

The H+ series is based on the standard Air-Cushion Inner Barrel design but features a thicker outer diameter to further improve vibration resistance and suppress barrel resonance.

By increasing overall barrel rigidity, the design helps reduce the influence of barrel vibration during firing, improving long-range shooting stability.

The H+ series was originally developed for bolt-action sniper platforms, but can also be installed on AEG and GBB platforms if outer barrel clearance allows.

Key features include:

For long-range and high-precision setups, the heavier barrel structure can provide noticeably more stable performance.

The HS+ series is the advanced version of the T-N.T. H+ Heavy Air-Cushion Inner Barrel, combining the S+ Eclipse Design with the heavy outer barrel structure of the H+ series.

In addition to improved BB centering and reduced lower-surface friction, the HS+ series also benefits from enhanced vibration resistance and barrel stability.
