The inner barrel is manufactured from high-strength bronze, which offers higher hardness than conventional brass and superior vibration damping characteristics. Compared to stainless steel, it more effectively absorbs and suppresses micro-vibrations generated during firing, reducing interference with trajectory stability.
Based on this high-rigidity structure, the surface is treated with an approximately 8 μm electroless nickel plating. This coating provides excellent uniformity and a highly refined finish, forming an ultra-smooth inner surface that reduces friction as the BB travels through the barrel. As a result, it improves shot consistency, maintains stable muzzle velocity, and delivers optimal hop-up performance. ※Due to the extremely smooth surface, please handle with care and avoid dropping.
Additionally, the electroless nickel coating offers strong anti-fouling properties, effectively reducing wax residue and BB dust adhesion. Even after extended use, it maintains consistent performance and durability. With simple routine cleaning, the barrel can retain near-original performance over time.
