【T-N.T. × Hyperdouraku PTW Precision Inner Barrel】
T-N.T., in collaboration with Hyperdouraku, has developed a dedicated precision inner barrel specifically for the SYSTEMA PTW (Training Weapon). Designed with real shooting performance as the core, this product focuses on optimizing grouping, trajectory stability, and shot-to-shot consistency, making it a true performance upgrade for practical use.
● Material & Surface Treatment
The barrel is constructed from bronze, which offers higher hardness than brass and superior vibration damping compared to stainless steel, effectively minimizing micro-vibrations during firing.
An approximately 8μm electroless nickel plating is applied, providing excellent thickness uniformity and an अत्य extremely smooth surface finish. This reduces friction with the BB, resulting in more stable muzzle velocity and consistent hop-up performance.
Additionally, the coating resists wax and dirt buildup, ensuring long-term performance with minimal maintenance.
● Dual-Stage Muzzle Airflow Control
The core design focuses on controlling air expansion and stabilizing airflow to minimize turbulence effects on the BB trajectory.
① 7mm Shallow-Angle Taper
The inner diameter gradually expands over a 7mm length with an approximate 8° total angle. This allows compressed air to be released progressively rather than abruptly, reducing airflow disturbance as it overtakes the BB and minimizing turbulence within the outer barrel.
② Bell Mouth Structure
The taper transitions smoothly into a bell-shaped muzzle, eliminating sharp edges. This enables air to disperse smoothly and form a stable airflow envelope around the BB, enhancing stability at the moment of exit.
● Airflow Guidance & Trajectory Stability
Compared to conventional chamfering or steep-angle tapers, this design guides airflow along the inner surface of the outer barrel, effectively reducing turbulence within the enclosed space.
This ensures the BB maintains a stable orientation before exiting, resulting in a straighter, more extended trajectory and improved grouping performance at medium to long distances.
● Specifications & Performance Balance
The inner diameter is set at 6.03mm with a tolerance of ±0.01mm, achieving an optimal balance between air seal efficiency and operational reliability required for PTW systems.
Compared to the stock 6.04mm barrel, a slight increase in muzzle velocity can be expected. Please ensure proper adjustment to remain within legal limits.
The outer diameter is 9.95mm, fully compatible with standard PTW specifications.
