Why Is Regular Inner Barrel Cleaning Important?

【How to Clean & Maintain a Precision Inner Barrel｜Maintain Accuracy & Stable Performance】

The precision inner barrel directly affects shooting accuracy, FPS consistency, trajectory stability, and HOP-UP performance. After extended use, dust, wax residue, oil, and other contaminants can accumulate inside the barrel, which may cause unstable FPS, BB deviation, or inconsistent HOP performance.

Regular cleaning is an important part of maintaining optimal airsoft performance.

【Recommended Cleaning Method】

  1. Inner Barrel Interior Cleaning

Recommended tools:

• Cleaning rod
• Non-woven fabric or lint-free cloth
• Cleaning solvent / lighter fluid

Apply a small amount of cleaning solvent to the cloth and attach it to the cleaning rod. Make sure the fit inside the barrel is not too tight or too loose.

Slowly insert the rod from the rear side of the inner barrel and gently wipe back and forth to remove internal residue and contaminants.

  1. Precision Inner Barrel Exterior Maintenance

Apply a small amount of protective oil or maintenance wax onto a soft cloth, then gently wipe the outer surface of the precision inner barrel. This helps maintain a smooth finish while reducing dirt and residue buildup.
