A Small Adjustment to Improve KSC-MP9 Air Seal Performance.

【KSC MP9 GBB Air Seal & Feeding Optimization Guide】

For the KSC MP9 GBB system, the original nozzle is relatively short, and the groove above the feeding lever (putter) is too shallow. This may lead to the following issues:

• During loading, the nozzle cannot properly push the BB into the correct position.
• The nozzle cannot fully seat into the bucking, resulting in poor air seal and reduced muzzle velocity.

To address these issues, T-N.T. provides a simple optimization method that does not require disassembling the nozzle, while effectively improving both air seal and feeding performance.

● Optimization Principle
By increasing the depth of the groove above the feeding lever, the nozzle can travel further forward during loading. This ensures more accurate BB positioning and improves the sealing contact between the nozzle and bucking.

※ This is an advanced modification. Basic DIY machining skills are recommended.

● Adjustment Method

Groove Comparison (Side View)
Please refer to the red arrow in the image:
The left side shows the original condition with a shallow groove;
The right side shows the modified condition with increased groove depth.

Groove Modification
Use a small file or fine tool to lightly polish and deepen the groove by approximately 1mm.

※ Notes
Avoid excessive modification. Over-deepening may weaken the structural strength of the feeding lever, potentially causing breakage or affecting reliability.

● Result
After modification, the nozzle can travel more completely forward, improving BB positioning and air seal performance. This results in more stable shooting and consistent muzzle velocity.
